Books and Books in
South Beach offers a great location to sit and people watch on Lincoln Road as
well as a diverse menu with a little something for everyone. This is one of the
few restaurants in Miami with a specific menu section for vegans, so all the
herbivores in South Florida can enjoy meat-free dining. The goat cheese salad
at Books and Books is served with crumbled goat cheese, pears, walnuts and
carrots that top mixed field greens. The guava-citrus vinaigrette gives the
salad a clean sweet and sour flavor.
