NYE at Giselle

Giselle’s first seating—any seating prior to 8:30 p.m.—features a sushi nigiri omakase, bluefin tuna truffle cones, and truffle wagyu dumplings, served sharing-style to start the evening. For the main course, guests can choose from chicken with caviar, Australian wagyu filet mignon, halibut confit, or lobster surf and turf, complemented by shared sides of pomme purée and broccolini. The meal concludes with a decadent dessert of Giselle pearls and a Dubai Chocolate Bar. The second seating includes additional starters and will feature the countdown to the New Year.
