Celebrate New Year’s Eve with dinner at Bourbon Steak by Michelin-starred Chef Michael Mina. The à la carte menu features a refined selection of seasonal dishes, including a 32-oz Porterhouse steak, miso-broiled sea bass, “Mina Reserve” Petrossian caviar, Faroe Island salmon, and more. Complete your meal with decadent desserts while enjoying live entertainment. The first seating, from 5 to 7 p.m., is $275 per adult and $90 per child, with a maximum table time of two hours. The second seating, or any reservations after 8 p.m., includes a complimentary champagne toast for guests who stay until midnight, and costs$375 per person.
