MAI Sushi Tapas & Bar was co-founded by Khoa Duong and Chef Alfred Toita. They were co-workers in a Corporate Sushi restaurant in Seattle and share the same passion in Japanese food. For Alfred, traveling and exploring flavors from different cultures is his passion as he prides himself in incorporating diverse and non-traditional ingredients and MAI Sushi & Tapas is the culmination of his years of expertise in seeking out and serving the finest dish.
