Loveline Chizobam Phillips
Loveline Chizobam Phillips is a Ph.D. candidate in public policy at George Mason University’s Schar School of Government & Policy. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, she earned a master’s in sustainable development at the University of St. Andrews in Fife, Scotland. She spent a year in the MPhil Policy Analysis program at the Pardee RAND Graduate School and as assistant policy reseracher at RAND Corporation. She has also worked in the health space in Nigeria, engaging federal and state stakeholders on the National Health Accounts (NHA) Estimation.
