Anindya Kundu is an assistant professor of educational leadership and policy studies at Florida International University. He’s a sociologist who researches the social and cultural contexts that foster student agency and the achievement of students with social and economic disadvantages. Kundu is the author of Transforming Educational Leadership: Promoting Equity in Uncertain Times (Oxford University Press, November 2025). He holds a Ph.D. from NYU in the Sociology of Education.
