If you've spent any amount of time online this past weekend, there's a chance you've seen clips of Miami fitness influencer Ashton Hall's morning routine.

Last week, the X (formerly known as Twitter) account @tipsformenx posted a clip of Hall demonstrating the bizarre, nearly six-hour-long regimen. Filmed in his sleek, minimalist luxury apartment somewhere in Miami, the video kicks off around 3:50 a.m. and features a shirtless Hall doing push-ups on his balcony, plunging his face into a bowl of bottled Saratoga Spring Water and ice, rubbing a banana peel on his face, journaling for exactly two minutes, taking a dip in the pool, and once again dunking his face in expensive ice water (his second time in just three hours).

The video ends around 9:30 a.m. when a faceless woman serves Hall, who is now wearing business casual attire, another cobalt-blue bottle of Saratoga, a plate of avocado toast, bacon, and eggs.

While Hall has already built a strong presence on Instagram, where he boasts nearly 9 million followers, his content was quickly, as the kids say, roasted by the people of X.

The water brand has also acknowledged the viral sensation on its Instagram account, posting imagery of Saratoga Spring Water being poured into a bowl of ice with the captions "Plunge. If you must." and "Pore perfection."

According to Hall's Instagram, he is an online fitness coach. His website offers customized workout plans, nutrition plans, and live training sessions online. He provides three tiers for his workout and meal plans, each lasting 12 months and starting at $3,300.
