Florida makes users jump through significant hoops to access online porn, but South Florida's sexual curiosities know no bounds. A recent survey suggests Miami, which apparently leads the nation in monster dildo sales, is also one of the most sexually curious cities in the country.

That's according to ZipHealth, a U.S.-based online pharmacy that sells sexual health medications, among other meds. Its latest survey compiled data for what it calls its "libido index," which analyzed libido-related Google searches from all 50 states and major U.S. cities from January 2024 to April 2025. The research team says it honed in on 303 search terms, focusing on "keywords with a consistent upward trend."

Qualified queries included searches about over-the-counter erectile dysfunction medication and testosterone supplements, what constitutes a healthy or "average" sex drive, and how stress and hormones affect women's libido.

The Magic City came in at the top of the list of the 25 most sex-curious cities in America, coming in second only after top dog Atlanta. While most states were represented by only one city, Tampa also repped for Florida, coming in at number seven. Texas, California, and North Carolina also ranked for multiple cities.

ZipHealth says its research "reflects a nation actively exploring desire, health, and connection," and that it's "a candid look into how Americans are navigating their sexual well-being."
