Things are heating up at 1500 Degrees, the farm-to-table with a carnivorous bent restaurant at Miami Beachs posh Eden Roc, where Roc-star chef Paula DaSilva is putting together a four-course dinner (plus pre-meal munchies) featuring five wines from Napas superlative Mi Sueno Winery. The festivities begin at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 7, and will include dishes like duck confit with soft farm egg paired with Mi Suenos Russian River Valley Pinot Noir and roasted monkfish with chipotle sauce partnered to the winerys El Llana red wine blend.
