The Restaurant at the Setai aims to please both carnivorous and vegetarian holiday revelers with a four-course Christmas Eve menu. From 7:30 to 11:30 p.m. meat eaters can tear into sausage-stuffed turkey or Peking duck salad for $85 per person, while veg-heads get dishes ranging from pumpkin veloute to clay-pot tofu at $65 per person. From 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on the Big Day Itself its a special Christmas Day brunch featuring flavors of East and West. Cost is $85 per person, which includes unlimited Taittinger champagne and Bloody Marys.
