Wynwood, the former working-class neighborhood that became known for its bold murals and art galleries over the last decade or so, is undergoing yet another transformation. The cultural district has recently attracted some of Miami's newest hotels and restaurants, while other entertainment venues have joined many of its longstanding bars and clubs. You'll find exciting activities, pop-ups, walking tours, and more on any given day here.

Visiting for the first time or looking for a side of Wynwood you haven't seen before? Here are ten of the best things to do in Wynwood.

Dance the Night Away at Dante's HiFi

519 NW 26th St., Miami
danteshifi.com
Japanese vinyl listening rooms inspired Miami's first vinyl listening room, Dante's HiFi. Inside, you'll find delicious cocktails and music from globally recognized artists every night of the week. The records come directly from resident music director Rich Medina's personal collection. The intimate bar is open to the public, but if the soulful, moody space feels like a second home, memberships are available with perks including priority booking and access to members-only events.

Gramps Wynwood

176 NW 24th St., Miami

gramps.com
Wynwood has changed drastically over the past few years, but one original remains. Opened in January 2013, the divey Gramps bar caters to the local crowd and the many tourists who flock to Wynwood daily. Its hidden Shirley's venue hosts local bands and film screenings, touring bands and DJs play its outdoor stage, and the onsite Pizza Tropical serves some of the best pies in town. Be sure to try the bar's signature cocktails, including its Rosemary's Baby, which bartenders serve with a flaming, fragrant sprig of the shrub.
