So when Josh Blue steps into the spotlight at the Miami Improv, send one middle finger to the morals you were raised with and prepare to laugh your ass off. Blue will undoubtedly poke major fun at his cerebral palsy — and you just might feel like shit for giggling. Not to worry — the comedian made the entire country uncomfortable with his decidedly un-PC jokes when he appeared on and won NBC’s Last Comic Standing. It was there that he showed off his “palsy punch,” which he deploys in fights because, he says, “first of all, they don’t know where the punch is coming from, and second of all, neither do I,” and also where he showed America that sometimes laughter is the best medicine.

Get a spoonful this Friday through Sunday in the Grove. Tickets cost $21.40. Friday and Saturday’s showtimes are 8:30 and 10:45 p.m. Sunday is one show at 8:30.
