At the oh-so-romantic Wish in SoBe both the regular menu and a three-course, $75 per person menu will be offered from 6 to 10 p.m. Begin with hamachi sashimi with yuzu-lime gelee and cilantro dressing, then choose between butter-poached Maine lobster with bacon vinaigrette or pan-seared beef tenderloin with red wine reduction, and finish with a chocolate-armagnac tort with Chambord chantilly cream.
