The wines of Italy, France, Spain, German and everybody’s favorite, bubbly, will be the subject of a quartet of classes at Miami’s Global Liquors in association with the Societa’ Dante Alighieri. Societa’ executive director Claudio Pastor will do the teaching, which will cover everything from the countries’ various wine regions and food-wine pairing to tasting and snacking on hors d’oeuvres.
