Caddyshack golf legend Ty Webb never kept score, so when Judge Smails asked him how he measured himself against other golfers, the six-foot-four Webb replied, “My height.”
Club 50 should have a similar answer if it’s ever asked how it measures itself against other Miami bars and lounges. Perched atop the brand-new Viceroy Hotel, Club 50 boasts incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean, Key Biscayne, Biscayne Bay, and Little Havana, along with a striking design by Kelly Wearstler, an outdoor pool, and small plates prepared by topnotch eatery Eos.
Club 50 has begun a tradition that’s sure to be a hit among the downtown work crowd: Happy Hour and Jazz Night. Beginning at 6 p.m. every Wednesday, locals pay a $20 flat fee and are treated to complimentary wine and cheese tastings.
