Mark your calendars. The Borscht Film Festival announced the date and location for their next cinema fest: April 23rd at the Arsht Center. At last year’s, we saw working cuts of a flaneur’s stroll through Liberty City in “Day N Night Out,” which later screened at Cannes, and “Xemoland,” an animated short set in Key Biscayne, which recently showed at Sundance. As Pitbull grunts from the lips of a young Werner Herzog above, “That’s what they get for thinking Miami is just Miami Beach.” Word. Follow Borscht on Twitter for festival updates.
