When was the last time you experienced an adventure? Don’t count playing RPGs or driving across the Julia Tuttle Causeway. Really, when have you left behind the traffic of I-95 or the sound of your boss’s voice nagging you about leaving coffee grounds in the pot? He’s not your mother, after all. At New Times, we understand how easy it is to be wrapped up in your routines and forget Miami is a natural paradise. That’s why we have the perfect cure for your amnesia: Crandon Park Snorkel and Kayak Adventure.

This Monday from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Eco Adventures’ team of naturalists will guide you on kayaks around the waters of Key Biscayne to explore the protected areas of Bear Cut Reserve. You’ll snorkel and discover tropical fish, spotted eagle rays, sea stars, and coastal birds. Leave behind your routines, pretend you’re Thoreau, and head back to nature. Well, at least until you have to go back to work. Tickets cost $70.
