Pancakes. Booze. Art. Think of it as your own personal holy trinity this Saturday, when you show up at Fusse Studios (327 NE 59th Ter., Miami) to enjoy all three under the same roof. The Pancakes and Booze underground art show has roots in L.A. and has toured to locales such as Minneapolis and Denver. Now, finally, it’s in Miami for the first time. There will be pancakes. And booze. And the pancakes are all-you-can-eat. What more do you need to know? The food and drink options alone are guaranteed to get you out to Wynwood/Design this Saturday night, but there’s even more incentive. More than 75 underground Miami artists are represented at the gallery, and there will be a live art battle, live bands and DJ sets, and body painting to give you the opportunity to become your own piece of art — or just enjoy the beauty of the human canvas. Oh, did we mention the pancakes? And the booze?
Sat., Nov. 10, 8 p.m., 2012

If you’ve ever learned something new, stayed informed, or felt more connected because of New Times, now’s the time to give back.
