At the first annual Miami Blues Festival, melancholy will be at a maximum, with tunes about rocky relationships and hard living. Performances from Bobby “Blue” Bland, Marvin Sease, Mel Walters, Shirley Brown and others will have you suffering your much-sought-after fit of the blue devils, and these musical legends will also have you wondering why being miserable had never ever felt or sounded this good.
