If you’re 21, Halloween is less about candy and innocent fun and more about whorish costumes and drinking. And if you’re in Miami, even the “candy” loses its innocence.

But nothing is more terrifying than a theme party, which the Raleigh is threatening to do. Your overused flapper costume will fit in perfectly at the Raleigh’s speakeasy party, the Cat’s Meow, hosted by tastemakers Nick D’Annunzio, Jose Ortiz, and Martin Krediet. The party starts at 9.
