That would be chef Douglas Rodriguez, who’s strutting his small plates stuff in a degustation (French for lots of cool dishes) menu of 12 tapas at La Bottega by Carmen Trigueros in Coconut Grove Friday, September 16. A few highlights: smoked marlin tacos, avocado-wrapped tuna tartare, and Cuban pork belly with black beans and rice. Seating is limited, so call the restaurant for those all-important reservations.
