Books & Books (265 Aragon Ave., Coral Gables) was the place to be last night. Sting and his wife Trudie were paying careful attention to New York Times bestseller John Perkins as he read from and discussed his new book, The Secret History of the American Empire. After John Perkins answered questions from the crowd, Sting’s wife went up to the podium and shared information about her work as an environmentalist.
