Chorizo, Manchego, gazpacho, paella — the list of unique, delectable Spanish dishes could go on. And so could the menu for the Sabvor Iberica Food & Wine exhibition. Put on by the Spain-U.S. Chamber of Commerce, international food and wine companies and local Spanish restaurants will serve dishes for guests to dig into Tuesday at the Miami Culinary Institute (415 NE Second Ave., Miami). Oh, and there will be wine. Plenty of wine.
From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., the event will be open to food and wine professionals only, and admission is simply a valid ID and business card. Once 5:30 p.m. rolls around, though, the event will be open to the public. Tickets for members cost $20, while those for nonmembers cost $35 if you register before June 6. Ready to get your tapas game on?
