Picture a trip to a Miami-Dade electronics-recycling site. The dude behind the counter says, “Throw whatever you’ve got in bin number three.” You feel weird dropping two CRT monitors on top of the food wrappers, twigs, and soda cans. You shrug and leave, feeling like an eco-failure. Now picture the Green Sunday event from 1 to 6 p.m. at Boteco Brasilian Bar. Smells of baked eggplant, yuca, and rainbow salad on the $15 all-you-can-eat buffet fill the garden. The laptop that long ago flashed the blue screen of death happily joins a pile of computers that Boteco will recycle. Apparently it can be easy being green.
