Not long after academics came up with what they thought was the be-all and end-all of why humans have sex, a South Florida poet and her co-author feverishly compiled 237 More Reasons to Have Sex. Um, as if we needed a reason other than it feels really good. Well, Denise Duhamel and Sandy McIntosh, the team behind this most recent compilation, think we need more convincing.

She’s taking you for a ride!’ And I answered: ‘So what?'” Books & Books will host Duhamel and McIntosh this Saturday evening. It could be the perfect prelude to a hot Saturday night.
