It’s that time of year again! You know, when you cross MacArthur Causeway and immediately start drooling like Pavlov’s mutts for no apparent reason. Oh, that’s right. Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival is coming to town this Thursday through Sunday ready to rock the palates of culinary enthusiasts across the city. The four-day epicurean extravaganza will feature the latest culinary trends as well as demonstrations and appearances by some of today’s hottest celebrity chefs. And did we mention there will be plenty of wine too?
This year’s event will kick off on Thursday at 7 p.m. with an Amstel Light Burger Bash hosted by Rachel Ray at the Ritz-Carlton, South Beach, where the nation’s best burger makers will compete to see who can put together the most awesome beef creation.
