The Area Stage Company presents Peter Pan Jr, a timeless tale based on the classic 1953 Disney film and J.M Barrie’s enchanting play adapted by Eric Svejcar and David Zellnik.
Wendy Darling loves to tell stories to her brothers, Michael and John. But when her father announces she must move out of the nursery, Peter Pan comes to visit the children and whisks them away to Never Land. Their adventure introduces them to the Lost Boys, Mermaids, Indians and even the infamous pirate, Captain Hook! A modern version of the timeless tale about a boy who wouldn’t grow up.
This musical play directed by Giancarlo Rodaz takes us on an adventure of fantasy and freedom in a land where childhood and imagination are infinite. The play is performed by students of the company’s conservatory program. Area Stage Company is a professional non-profit theatre company and is a favorite destination to experience inspiring and exciting performances that delight the whole family.
The production will run November 7th through November 16th for seven performances.
Only seven performances. Friday and Saturday at 7 p.m. Sunday at 5 p.m. Saturday matinee at 2 p.m. on November 15th only.
