Inter Miami has announced that one of the first tenants at its new soccer stadium, Miami Freedom Park, will be a “world-renowned” adventure park.

Toroverde, which has locations in Puerto Rico, the United Arab Emirates, and soon Spain, is bringing its first adventure park and “adrenaline-fueled experience with high-thrill attractions” to the U.S. at the 131-acre Miami Freedom Park development near Miami International Airport. The new 24,000-square-foot venue will feature a mix of family-friendly recreation, including ziplines, at the former site of the Melreese Country Club.

“Toroverde is one of the largest adventure and entertainment park developers, specializing in designing, building, and operating world-class ziplines, climbing towers, suspension bridges, and high ropes courses, as well as family-friendly amusements,” Miami Freedom Park wrote in a statement announcing the brand’s involvement this week.

Jorge Jorge, CEO of Toroverde, said “Miami’s vibrant energy” and “focus on active experience” make it the perfect place for its first mainland U.S. location. “At Toroverde, we’re excited to be part of this amazing development and to bring a unique experience to Miami Freedom Park,” he added.

Other tenants at the development will include Tiger Woods-backed golf entertainment venue PopStroke and Fever, the global live-entertainment discovery platform known for candlelight concerts and Stranger Things: The Experience. The new tenants will represent more than 125,000 square feet of new retail and entertainment space.

Miami Freedom Park is the largest active real estate development in Miami, with more than 1 million square feet of retail, dining, entertainment, and office space, along with its keystone 25,000-seat stadium, three hotels, and a 58-acre public park. The stadium, park, youth athletic fields, civic plazas, and the first wave of retailers are set to open in April 2026.

“Miami Freedom Park is thoughtfully curating a one-of-a-kind destination that blends sport, entertainment, and hospitality in a way that only Miami can,” Devon McCorkle, Miami Freedom Park president, said in the statement. “Our goal has been to create a place that offers something new and unexpected on every visit — and this first wave of tenants embodies that vision.”

The highly anticipated soccer stadium will open to the public on April 4, 2026, when Inter Miami CF hosts Austin FC.
