It might be hard to fathom, but an evening of your roommate’s Rock Band jam session is no competition for a few hours of an actual musician creating fabulous noise on the instrument of his or her choice. So try Live @ Buck15, a weekly party that brings local acts to the stage each Sunday from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. And since Buck has the proper accouterments — cheap drinks, no cover, and appetizers from Miss Yip’s Chinese Café — the night will have all you need. “We’re not trying to introduce live music to Miami — I know that there are venues that already have it, but we wanted to create something new which would be just for artists and people who love music,” says show producer Paola Beschin. Tonight, Dreaming in Stereo and special guest Jill Harcman will perform.
