If you don’t have ten surplus Benjamins lying around, MAM has you covered with Crash the Ball, the MAM Ball afterparty (to the tune of $75 to $150 per ticket). Sure, you might not get to feast on the main course, but you can nosh on a plethora of desserts created by James Beard Award-nominated chef Hedy Goldsmith. And you’ll get to shake what your Dada gave you as you hobnob with artists, collectors, and the filthy rich. Brooklyn-based duo Tanlines will get the figurative disco ball rolling with hipster tuneage. The ball runs from 7 p.m. to midnight, and you can crash from 11 p.m. to 1 a.m. The highbrow schmoozing takes place at MAM in the Miami-Dade Cultural Center (101 W. Flagler St., Miami).
