Want to ignite the barflies at your local dive bar? Just start talking monster trucks. Suss out other fanatics with the opener, “What are monster trucks to ya?” and sit back and watch. Once you rile them all up, round up fellow fans and head to Monster Jam at the BankAtlantic Center this Friday and Saturday. The wild and crazy Grave Digger really makes this event — that truck is madness on wheels. When its red headlights burn menacingly at opponents such as Instigator, Gunslinger, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle, try not to squeal. Show up between 11:45 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. Saturday for the Pit Party, where you can get on that mothereffin’ truck before Saturday’s 2 p.m. show. Talk about being close-up: Smell those trucks, get autographs, take pictures, smile.
