The Running for Brews crew — a coed, all-ages mashup — meets weekly at Elwood’s Gastro Pub (188 NE Third Ave., Miami) for some pre-dash hydration of the H2O variety and then sets out to cover 5K of Miami landscape. Though the route varies, the group generally cruises through Bayside and Brickell before running back to home base for beer and grub specials.
