Few cities are as starved for meaningful music as Miami. With the bass-and-beat-driven culture of EDM pervading our lives, timeless pop melodies are a beautiful treat. While we wait for a local hero to re-create those refreshing tunes, we can always relive the classics through the Beatles, whose songs will be performed live during All You Need Is Love: A Beatles Experience.
All You Need Is Love: A Beatles Experience presents the Beatles’ Love album live, which features a cast of more than 20 musicians. The 2008 Grammy-winning soundtrack is a collection of iconic Beatles hits and album cuts woven together through the imaginations of Beatles producer George Martin and son Giles and is presented with live string and horn orchestration and high-energy rock theatrics.
Though the tour kicked off December 31 amid the New Year’s flurry, locals will get a little love and a lot of sing-along action with the tour’s final show this Sunday at 2 p.m. at Magic City Casino, 450 NW Seventh Ave., Miami. Tickets cost $25 to $75. Call 888-56-MAGIC or visit magiccitycasino.com.
