Are ya ready for some football? Seriously, are ya? The pigskin will fly this afternoon when America’s team, the Dallas Cowboys, test the Miami Dolphins in their home opener. The Dolphins 2007 roster shows that new head coach Cam Cameron has overhauled everything to make this edition of the Fins a younger group. The number breakdown includes 11 rookies; nine of the team’s 10 draft choices made the Dolphins 53-man roster.
Jason Taylor, the reigning NFL Defensive Player of the Year, will valiantly lead the Dolphins defensive unit, which ranked fourth in the NFL last season. They’ll be called upon to slow down big, bad Terrell Owens and the Cowboys offensive attack. Get behind the new, revamped Dolphins in their first home game of the season, at 4:05 p.m. at Dolphin Stadium.
