At some point during Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chad Ochocinco’s Hypnotiq-addled sleepless binge that was Super Bowl weekend, apparently he swept up some young, impressionable lads and showed them his advanced dollar-fluttering techniques– at Tootsie’s Cabaret strip club.
