And this Friday, Carmindy, renowned author and makeup artist for long-running makeover show What Not to Wear, and Sarah Burningham, author of Boyology, a teenager’s guide to the mysterious creature sometimes called “dude,” will take over Books & Books for Girls’ Night Out. They’ll sign copies of their latest tomes (Carmindy’s is called 5 Minute Face), and drop gems of knowledge. So whether you’re unlucky in love, locks, or lip liner, turn up at 265 Aragon Ave. in Coral Gables at 8 p.m. and plug in to the free girl power.
