The original Prada-wearing devil, Anna Wintour, concocted the illustrious Fashion’s Night Out last year to tempt consumers to shop and support the fashion industry during tough economic times. Sponsored by fashion bible Vogue and the Council of Fashion Designers of America, this year’s event will be a who’s who of elite designers, fashion editors, musicians, and movie stars. But it’s also a global celebration of fashion, having expanded beyond the Big Apple to 16 countries around the world. And you know Miami wants a piece of that fashion pie too, with Vogue Latin America a key sponsor of the Design District’s Fashion’s Night Out, featuring stores such as Marni, Marimekko, and FriendsWithYou among the night’s participants. There will be loads of creative ways to get you to shop, including Maybelline pop-up studios with makeup stations and artists on hand to offer makeovers and talk trends. There will also be live music, in-store fashion presentations, and food by neighbors Fratelli Lyon, Mai Tardi, Q American Barbeque, and Sra. Martinez. Miami’s Fashion’s Night
