Face it: You will not see everything during Art Basel. Five days to experience 15-plus art fairs? Not to mention the all-night parties and general people-watching? But a few of the satellite fairs open a day early, so you can eke out more art gawking and beat the badge-wielding crowds. One of the early openers is Seven Miami, a minifair started by gallerists who felt frustrated by the larger fair’s ten-page contracts about how they could exhibit their art.
