Looking to to avoid inebriated patriots swerving all over the highways late at night, then you can’t do better than the Key Biscayne Fourth of July Parade. The parade begins at 11 a.m. on Crandon Boulevard at Harbor Drive with a flyover of jets and continues south to West Enid. There will be a concert stage at the Village Green Park, a costume contest, and floats. Visit kb4.org.
