Forget yelling at the TV screen like you did during the 2006 NFL draft. This year you can be up close and personal when Coach Cameron chooses the next Miami Dolphin you’ll love to hate. The team is hosting its very own draft party in the practice bubble at the Davie Training Facility, and you’re invited to put your feet on their coffee table, gorge on Fritos and French onion dip, and watch the 2007 NFL Draft on their big screen. Well, not quite — but there will be meet-and-greets with players and alumni, interactive games, music, and plenty of food.

“It’s a great day for the family to come out and enjoy themselves. It’s a special opportunity because the bubble is not always open to the public,” says George Torres, Dolphins senior director of corporate communications. Well worth the trip north for true local football fans.
