Or you could stay at SushiSamba Dromo and enter the Ultimate Cocktail Contest. To win, you have to come up with an original, exciting drink that will wow four judges, who have been chosen for their expertise in the art of getting trashed. Join other local wannabe and shouldn’t-be mixologists as they attempt to create compositions designed to dance on your tongue, boogie down your throat, and hit your stomach in a tasty, boozy splash. The winner goes home with a $500 SushiSamba gift certificate (that’s a lot of edamame), a Leblón gift basket, a spot on SS’s cocktail menu as the official Sambatini, and more.
