Why consume store-bought calories for the holidays when you can create your own. Learn how at the Holiday Desserts class at Culinary Academy at the Biltmore Hotel. Taught by the hotel’s executive pastry chef Olivier Rodriguez, the class takes place on Saturday, Dec. 4, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. At $110, the classes are not cheap but just as anywone who has dined at the Biltmore knows, what’s good isn’t cheap and what’s cheap isn’t good.
