It was hard not to fall in love with Cheyenne Jackson’s character in the 30 Rock Christmas episode. As Danny Baker, he willingly mutilated his own signing voice during a duet with Jenna (Jane Krakowski) to save her from humiliation. Hunky, openly gay, and blessed with the pipes of an angel, Jackson lit up the small screen in shows such as Glee, and performed as a backup singer for divas Liza Minnelli and Vanessa Williams. The actor also appeared on Broadway in hits such as Xanadu, Finian’s Rainbow, and Damn Yankees.
Jackson will perform in Miami for the first time ever at Prelude by Barton G. at the Arsht Center. Join him in song on New Year’s Eve. Tickets include a three-course dinner, champagne, party favors, and post-show DJ entertainment. Tickets to an additional performance on Saturday cost $195.
