Keep Miami New Times Free

Comedian Steve Byrne is not performing at the Miami Improv Comedy Club this Thursday through Sunday. He’s blowing up the joint.
The Irish/Korean hybrid’s comedic style has landed him gigs across the nation, plus a few plum film roles alongside heavyweights such as Will Ferrell, Vince Vaughn, and Jeremy Piven. Nothing too fancy in Byrne’s tool belt — he quips about usual suspects: women, race, sex — but the simplicity works and will have you tweeting LOLs before you know it. Catch him while you can, because the A-list is looming.
Tickets range from $16 to $18. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, so show up 30 minutes early to snag the best seats (AKA the ones that will get you into the show.) FYI, there’s a two-drink minimum, but we know that number could be six and it wouldn’t phase you.
