Tired of nuking the same Amy’s Veggie Burrito every night? It’s time to step thy game up and learn some healthy cooking skills. The Heart of a Chef Festival is hosting a Live Cooking Demonstration today at the Aventura Whole Foods. Chef Kurtis Jantz of Neomi’s Grill at the Trump International will be whipping up heart-healthy treats for whoever is smart enough to show up.
The event is co-sponsored by Driven to Dine and the goal is to sell more tickets the upcoming Heart of a Chef Festival, the April 19 culinary extravaganza at Jungle Island that benefits the Florida Heart Research Institute.
