Tourist season might be over, but grilling season is here in full force, so take the grrr out of grill with a few tips from one of Miami’s savviest chefs. Jonathan McCann of Atrio Restaurant in Miami’s Conrad Hotel will pass on recipes for grilling shrimp, mahi-mahi, beef, and pork, as well as his pineapple and Myers’s rum oven tart, at the Dadeland Mall Macy’s. It’ll happen Saturday, June 11, from 1 to 3 p.m., and — here’s the really good news — it’s free.
