Kind — maker of tasty and healthful treats — is giving you a chance to bid for dates with local celebrities at the Kind Celebrity Date Auction at Blue Martini Brickell (900 S. Miami Ave., #250, Miami). Hosted by NBC 6’s Kelly Blanco, the event gives you the opportunity to win one-on-one time with your favorite local chefs, entertainers, and athletes. Don’t worry about planning your night — celebrities come complete with winetastings, spa packages, and more.
The auction is free, so save those stacks for the bidding wars and take advantage of half-price drink specials. Even better than the cheap booze is that all proceeds benefit the Irie Foundation (as in DJ Irie), which helps high-risk youths succeed in high school and beyond.
