If you still don’t know how to pronounce caipirinha you can at least learn how to make a good one. That would be at the Brazilian Cocktail Class held at the South Beach Texas de Brazil. The class will be led by Leblon cachaca rep Aisha Sharpe, who in addition to the caipirinha lesson will also hand out tips on other Brazilian cocktails. There will be munchies too, bacon-wrapped chicken tits and shrimp-avocado mousse among them. Oh, and if you’re looking for that other kind of Brazilian, you’re shit outta luck.
