The Miami Dance Festival 2010 begins with Ori, choreography that reflects the Afro-Brazilian religion of Candomblé, performed by Miami-based Brazz Dance Theater and the Brazilian Companhia C. See Ori at 8:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday at the Byron Carlyle Theater. The festival has performances through May 29.

Fri., April 9, 8:30 p.m., 2010
