Now, we launch rockets over cities like Baghdad and Kabul. Wait, never mind — those are actually missiles. Best not to get the two confused this Friday. The classiest option is at the Biltmore Hotel’s New Year’s Eve party. In the country club ballroom, you’ll get a four-course, prix fixe dinner by chef Rolanda Cruz-Tura. To supplement the caviar and truffles, there will be music by dance band Libido and DJ Peoples, an on-site cigar roller, and fireworks on the lawn.
